Reflecting back on this image, I recall the standing at the water’s edge and seeing my first crystal blue glaciers in this breathtaking location. As the frigid wind from the storm engulfed me on this crisp winter day, the beauty before me left me speechless.
In these moments, I was feeling at peace with my choices, my life, and the journey I had taken to get to this point and place in time. I knew I would never be the same.
