Another cognitive issue for Biden

CSPAN. (2024, feb 8). ‘President Biden Delivers Remarks on Special Counsel’s Report’.

At a recent ‘scripted’ speech, covered by CSPAN, of Joe Biden talking about the end of the classified document fiasco that ‘he claimed’ found he had no wrongdoing, “I was pleased to see he reached a firm conclusion that no charges should be brought against me in this case.”

“I was especially pleased to see special counsel make clear the stark distinction and difference between this case and Mr. Trump’s case. The special counsel wrote, and I quote, ‘Several material distinctions between Mr. Trump’s case and Mr. Biden’s are clear.’ Continuing to quote, ‘Most notably, after given multiple chances to return classified documents to avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it.’ “

Then he goes on to blame his staff for those documents being there, when he clearly knew they were in the basement at VA home.”

‘Come on man’… really. Take responsibility for your actions. That’s what leaders do, they don’t shift the blame.

It is shown in the report that YOU were aware of the classified docs in your rented house in Virginia in 2017. How they ended up in your Delaware garage comes later. Had they not been in VA by your own admission, they would have never arrived ‘by staff’ to DE.

I have to wonder how much of the report he even read?

The Special Report by Robert K. Hur

After reviewing just 9 pages of the 388 page report myself just now, I found multiple mentions of evidence to his knowingly having classified and sensitive documents in 2017 after he left office as VP.

At the time he took them it was clear, today… yeah he may be fuzzy on memory and they made clear of that throughout the report. And while they may not prosecute, that doesn’t mean he isn’t guilty, they just felt the jurors would be sympathetic to an ‘elderly man with a poor memory.’

Here is a just a few excerpts from that report.

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” …. “The classified documents and other materials recovered in this case spanned Mr. Biden’s career in national public life.” pg1

“Mr. Biden’s memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023″ pg5

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness. We conclude the evidence is not sufficient to convict, and we decline to recommend prosecution of Mr. Biden for his retention of the classified Afghanistan documents.” pg6

“Mr. Biden knew the passages were classified and intended to share classified information. Mr. Biden’s lapses in attention and vigilance demonstrate why former officials should not keep classified materials unsecured at home and read them aloud to others, but jurors could well conclude that Mr. Biden’s actions were unintentional. We therefore decline to charge Mr. Biden for disclosure of these passages to his ghostwriter.” pg10

“We also believe some of the same evidence that supports reasonable doubt for the classified Afghanistan documents also supports reasonable doubt for the notebooks, including Mr. Biden’s cooperation with the investigation, his diminished faculties in advancing age, and his sympathetic demeanor. These factors likely make it difficult for jurors to conclude he had criminal intent.” pg242

“The first set of evidence is that Biden, at his staffs insistence, stored his classified notecards in a SCIF at the Archives, and several months earlier in the fall of 2016 he told Zwonitzer “they didn’t even know I have this [notebook].” This could suggest that Mr. Biden concealed his notebooks from staff to avoid restrictions on his access to or use of them.” pg242

#excerpts

Any way you want to look at it, it’s not total exoneration!

The report clearly shows us what we already knew to be true.

What happened next, an unexpected reply

Afterwards, he quickly returned to the podium for a ‘non scripted’ response to reporter’s question on hostages in the war on Gaza strip.

President of Mexico? Wait… Who?

His normal confusion is easy to spot. Here we are discussing the Israel and Palestine conflict when Biden mentions the ‘President of Mexico‘, (Abdel Fattah el-Sisi), but Biden should have said the current ‘President of Egypt’ instead.

It wouldn’t be such a big deal if his confusion wasn’t becoming extremely noticeable to those of us who pay attention to the details. His apparent decline we have seen displayed multiple times over the last year.

Another clip seen here. He seems to be tongue tied, often confused at where he is supposed to go, and we have seen him falling over pretty regularly. This isn’t a comical situation…. but it is a major concern for the leader of the ‘free world’. I use that term loosely.

This is a legitimate issue for the citizens of America with an election drawing near and wondering if Biden has the cognitive ability to run this country ‘competently’. And if it is obvious he is struggling now to do so, how will the next four years look?

A few noted remarks:

@ :44 President of Mexico…

@ 1:50 “How can I say this without revealing it?”  What is he referring too?
He then speaks of negotiations right before HAMAS attacked.

@ 2:47 “commitment we were proposed to do related to two items but I’m not going to go into detail, but one of them was to deal with the protection against their arch enemy to the NW or NE, I should say. The second one by providing ammunitions and material for them to defend themselves.”

@ 3:08  “Coincidentally, that’s the timeframe when this broke out. I have no proof of what I’m about to say, but it’s not unreasonable to suspect that the Hamas understood what was about to take place and wanted to break it up before it happened.”

What was about to take place? Why are we funding any part of this? Is America’s continuous ‘involvements’ in foreign conflicts helping to create attacks like occured on Oct 7 2023?

This brief 3:24 minute Biden clip, left me with more questions than answers!

We have a right to know the truth

The questions are legit.

If Biden doesn’t have the mental capacity now, who is / has been / or will be pulling the strings if he gets elected another four year term? I’d like to know the answers to that now! And I think I may have a good idea, as this has been going on for decades.

Even electing him now, and then if he steps down, and his VP takes over…. Kamala Harris is not who was put in that Presidential position by voters. If she wanted the job, she should run on her own qualifications.

Best person for the job?

As there are other front runners in this election to choose from, I certainly don’t want a questionable candidate who seems to be showing early signs of dementia up for re-election.

It’s shocking that’s this is the best democrats are offering!

Biden will be up against popular Republican candidate Donald Trump (that works for corporations) and the ‘brilliant’ Independent’s candidate Robert Kennedy Jr (who works for the people). His platform and ideas are impressive and seemingly exactly what citizens have been wanting for.

If I had to place a bet on who can represent this country the best out of the three, my money in on Kennedy for 2024!

In under 13 minutes, you can see what RFK Jr thinks on important policy that affects “We the People”, and how he plans on fixing the broken system has left the majority of Americans struggling to survive..

This is a short compilation playlist created by Loanly Hipster that covers multiple topics (enviro, guns, bitcoin, war, housing, corporate capture [Trump’s swamp], border, free speech)

It’s worth a watch. I promise you will look at him differently.

Intelligence, compassion, truth, integrity.
